How does Aillo answer my calls?

You get an Aillo number and turn on call forwarding with your carrier. When you don't pick up (or all the time, your choice), the AI voice agent takes the call, talks with the customer, then sends you a summary.

Does Aillo speak French and English?

Yes — and many more. Aillo answers in French, English and several other languages, and automatically matches the caller's language during the call. The voice is natural, not robotic.

How long to get Aillo running?

About 5 minutes: we set up your business (name, hours, menu via a URL, tone, voice), assign you a local number, and you turn on call forwarding. Done.

What if I answer myself?

Aillo only picks up if you don't answer (forward on no-answer / busy). You stay in charge — you can also set it to always answer, or turn it off anytime.

Can Aillo transfer a call to a human?

Yes. For an emergency, a sensitive request, or on the caller's request, Aillo transfers the call to the right number and notifies you.
